Days after winning the June 3 general election in a landslide, Mayor-elect John Horhn has announced the members of his leadership team to guide the transition into his new administration.

This year, Horhn's fourth time running for mayor, the 32-year legislator flipped the script, handily beating Lumumba roughly 3 to 1 in a head-to-head runoff.
